When Annan moved to Galabank in 1953 they were playing their football in the Carlisle and District League. The keen of eye will note that Carlisle is actually in England (ok, you don’t need that keen an eye).
Annan rejoined Scottish League set-up in 1977 by joining the South of Scotland League. This allowed Annan to compete in the Scottish Cup.
